Order Notifications
Order notifications are sent immediately after successful payment. If
you did not receive the notification, please check your SPAM or All
Mail folders first before contacting us.  We have the ability to check
if the order notification made it to your inbox and we can also resend
them.

Shipment Notifications
Once paid your order is produced and prepared for shipment. This
process  varies based upon order. Once this is complete an shipment
notification containing your tracking number will be automatically
sent to the email address used to create your order.



Shipping and COVID-19
Your order can ship out in 2-5 business days lightening fast upon
completion and quality control.  But Like many other businesses there
are challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic creating delays in
shipping and processing of orders. Currently we are in touch with our
suppliers on a daily basis and do our best to keep everyone happy
under the circumstances.  Please be patient if you are awaiting an
update or shipping timeline.  As you may have noticed when placing
other online orders it does take some time for the process to move
forward and get your package. If you have not received a tracking
notification after 3 days, please contact us.

Returns and COVID-19
We value our customers, we aim to make things right! We are located in
New York state and are New York tough. During this time of need our
customers are given the higest concerns.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Coronavirus all sales on
facial coverings are final. We Can Not Honor Any Refunds Or
Cancellations on products that are purchased and removed from its
original packaging.  Due to COVID-19 and the nature of its spread
returns to OMYGUARDMASKS are not accepted. For further information
please read our Replacement and Refund policy. Please email us

If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we
can make it right for you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
 -damaged in transit beyond repair
  -loose stitching
 -not delivered
 Send 2 photos with a description of the problem to
[email protected]. It must also be accompanied by it's original
packaging to complete your request. 

OMYGUARDMASKS requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back. Return postage fees will not be covered by OMYGUARDMASKS.

Shipping charges for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs may vary for different items add an item to your cart
to know the rate for your order.

How many days does delivery take?
US – For most of the items, it would usually take 5-15  calendar days
building in a possible few day delay to due the COVID 19 pandemic.
USPS Ground shipments are taking a few extra days due to the extremely
high level of shipments and reduced staff at USPS. We ask that you
please be patient during this time. We want everyone’s package to be
delivered ASAP but once it is shipped.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the date of
original purchase, please Contact Us Here: [email protected]  for a full refund of your purchase.


(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping
details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


I have not recieved tracking for my order or replacement order!

Don't worry,we keep records and can provide relevant information regarding your purchase. Contact us Here: 

[email protected]. Please provide the order number and your customer ID  to recieve your the Tracking Number .


How do I check the status of my order?
You can CONTACT US at [email protected].Please mention your
Order ID or Email ID so we can quickly locate your information.

Where's my refund?
We usually complete refunds within 24 – 48 Hours on our end! After
that, it may take 2-3 business days for Your Bank to process the
refund.  Contact Us Here if your confirmed refund has not appeared in
your Paypal account or credit card statement.
However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately and made in house. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you.

I did not receive my order! What to do?No worries! If you’ve not received your order we will issue a full refund or ship your order again, depending upon your choice. Please include your order number and all relevant information.

 I’ve placed an order with multiple items, can I combine them into one package?YES, Orders will be shipped in Poly-Mailers.


How secure is my personal information?

OMYGUARDMASKS adheres to highest and strictest industry standards toprotect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during
transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is
widely used on the Internet for processing payments.

We don’t store any credit card information on your servers, it is
passed to the 3rd party merchant provider (Stripe for credit card
payments) at the time of purchase in a secure method.
