Replacement and Refund Policy

Once your email request  is received and inspected we will issue the refund. Our Replacment and Refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Refunds

We value our customers, we’ll do anything to make things right! We are located in the USA and our email and whatsapp support is open daily and response is given the higest concerns. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Coronavirus all sales on  facial coverings are final. We offer 50% refunds for clients requesting a refund for problems outside of faulty manufacturing. Send 2 photos with descriptions of the problem to [email protected].

Refunds are not permited for products separate its original packaging. Due to COVID-19 and high shipping volumes, shipments to OMYGUARDMASKS are not accepted.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:

 -damaged in transit beyond repair

  -loose stitching

 -not delivered

  - in-house error

 Send 2 photos with a description of the problem to [email protected]

It must also be accompanied by it's original packaging to complete your request.  OMYGUARDMASKS requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, they will be destroyed upon arrival. Return postage fees will not be covered by OMYGUARDMASKS..

Because we produce in house orders cancellations are processed promptly. Please email OMYGUARDMASKS at [email protected].
